12 inches makes a Feet.
A Feet is a Ruler.
The Ruler of England is Queen Elizabeth.
Elizabeth is the name of a Ship.
Ship sail on Seas.
Seas have Fishes.
Fishes have Fins.
Fins reminds of Finland.
Finland is beside Russia.
Russia's National Flag is Red.
Well ... hence .... so ......... um ......... the Fire-Engine is Red!!!!!!!
