The Devil's Advocate

I have this uncanny and unique ability to find the wrong in the most rightious of things. Some people may call this pessimism but I call it my "ABILITY". Because of this I end playing "THE DEVIL'S ADVOCATE" most of the time. This is frustrating to both me and my friends. The other day a friend of mine asked me help her shop to buy a gift for another friend. At the shop we were so confused that we did not buy anything!!! Once my mother and me had an argument. My mother was cursing a certain person for breaking away from a committe of which she was a part of and forming a rival committe due to difference of opinion. I was pointing out that from his view point maybe he was doing the right thing. After an hour of semi-heated argument my mother finally had to agree with me out of frustation.
