To be strictly accurate, William Cowper said it, around 1790, and like so many other little epigrams carelessly tossed out by our poets, major and minor, it has enough truth to make it stick. For my blog I could not find a better title 'coz that how I would like blog to be like, filled with tidbits of varied essence.
